If your device doesn't let out the cool air, please, check if the cartridge gets wet while the device is working.
If it does, please, make sure that the cooler is operating in optimal conditions, which are:
✓ The air is hot
✓ The air is not too humid
✓ The room is well-ventilated (please, crack the door or window open, if you are in a small, enclosed space)
If the working conditions are optimal, the one cause for this problem may be that the cartridge is expired. Cartridges need to be changed every 6 months, but their lifespan can be reduced due to poor air and water quality.
