We're really sorry that you faced such trouble.
The most common problems we saw are:
- White screen. If you can't see anything on it, unfortunately, there is small chance to fix it on your own. There can be a problem with wire connection or damage during delivery. If you faced it, please send us a photo of boxes and check if there is evidence of low-quality shipping.
- Flickering screen. The reasons are the same as in the case above.
- Monitor's brightness has decreased or monitor not working. The common problem is defected/not enough powerful adapter/cord. Check if original power adapter/cord is used and try a different one. This could also be caused by a major leakage. Please switch the device off and leave for 24 hours in dry and warm place so that water can be gone.
- Monitor has a line(s). The most likely device has been damaged during transportation. The defect can not be fixed. Please send the unit back to us and we will repair it or replace with new one.
- Wrong color of the screen. The defect can not be fixed. Please send the unit back to us and we will repair it or replace with new one.
