This could be caused by the following reasons:
1. You didn't fill in the order confirmation form asking you to provide your contact phone number, plug type and desired colour of the device.
|To proceed with the perk it is crucial for us to know your choice of color, plug type (How to choose plug type) and your contact phone number. That is why you will receive a confirmation form from us within 7-10 days after making a contribution. After receiving the form filled out by you, we will ship the perk during the next 10-14 days.
Please check your mailbox "Spam" folder to make sure our automatic email with the order confirmation form hadn't ended up in it.
