We cooperate with different freight companies in order to deliver Evapolar to different countries. If your tracking is created by EMS (you can get it know pretty simple - EMS tracking have two letters on the first places and the last places of tracking number), there can be a lot of various reasons. But only one that can be fixed by our support team - tracking isn't activated yet. Usually it takes 1-3 days, so, sometimes the situation when tracking if not available occurs not because of failures.
We kindly ask you to wait a little bit before write to support team. If tracking is staying unavailable after 3 days from the moment you've received it, please ask our support team.
If your tracking is created by FedEx we can help more. There can be differet reasons also, but we can contact with shipper and help you. Laso we kindly ask you to wait a little bit. Also FedEx can create and activate tracking, but despatching is arranged on a later data. So, there can be warning about shipping exception, but it's absollutely okey and you just need to wait for despatching data - it's written on tracking page.
