If you missed the delivery

If freight company couldn't deliver parcel to you
This problem usually comes up due to incorrect address you provided when ordering. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we could easily change your shipping information to the correct one, but if your order is already sent, correction of address becomes a difficult process which involves a lot of people from our and freight companies. Please take into consideration that we might not be able to change it. It's also covers the case when you ask us to change the address and deliver your order to somebody else instead of you. If you missed the parcel because of wrong address or because you needed to change it, we won't be responsible for this trouble. In this case we recommend you to check article "Missed delivery".
Of course we will do our best to resolve any situation but sometimes we can't manage to do it.
If you're backer from IndieGoGo and want a refund
Despite on warranty that guarantees the possibility of replacing the device and getting technical assistance, we can't provide a refund for you. Policy of crowdfunding platforms doesn't suggest refunds or returns. You can claim a refund if you made a contribution no longer than 10 days ago - in this case you need to contact IndieGoGo Customer Happiness service.
