Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
- If you noted any product defects when you unpack the product and/or use it the first time after receiving, you should contact us via support.evapolar.com or use request button above within 15 days after delivery.
- In the case of your device is no longer working or some functionality defects occurred during the warranty period (1 year), you should contact us via support.evapolar.com or use request button above.
- Upon proper notification, the defective product will be replaced/repaired within 40 days following the date of receiving the Claimed Product from the Customer.
- If the received Product contains modifications that significantly affect the product exterior design and/or dimensions, you must notify us in writing within 15 days after delivery. Upon proper notification of Evapolar, such product could be returned by the Customer to Evapolar.
- You can return the Product in any case during 14 days following the date of receiving the Product. To proceed with the return, please contact us via support.evapolar.com or request button above. The Customer will be reimbursed for the returned Product (excluding customs duties and taxes and shipping costs Evapolar has already paid) within 14 days following the date of receiving the Product by Evapolar via the same payment method that was used by the Customer for the initial payment. The right to return the Product only applies to the Product that is returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any Product that is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be accepted by Evapolar.
- Regardless if you are sending the Product for return, replace or repair, you should send the Product by registered delivery services provider at your own cost. The right to replace the Product only applies to the Product that is returned in their original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.).
