How long does it take to receive the product?
Shipping process takes 1-2 weeks. In several cases (national holidays, emergency situation, etc) some shipping delay up to 2 weeks or 4 weeks could happen (see terms of service - applicable for orders from the site). We do our best to inform our customers about such situations.
If your order is shipped by FedEx, you can find estimated time of delivery using the tracking code which we will send to the email you have provided when ordering.
Are there any additional payments?
It depends on the country of shipping. If you contribute to IndieGoGo, customs duties and taxes aren’t included in perk’s price. When ordering on our website www.evapolar.com, you could check if taxes are included in the invoice or not. If you already paid taxes, you won't need to make additional payments. If there are no taxes in the invoice or its value equals to $0, you could be charged by customs if applicable.
Can I choose shipping company?
Unfortunately, you cannot because the choice of the company depends on a lot of factors and we carefully select every company to a particular country in order to provide high-quality service.
