- How long does it take to receive the product?
Shipping process usually takes 1-3 weeks. In several cases (national holidays, emergency situation, etc) some shipping delay up to 2 weeks or 4 weeks could happen (see terms of service - applicable for orders from the site). We do our best to inform our customers about such situations.
For more precise information on your parcel, please check the estimated time of delivery using the tracking number on the shipping company's website, we will send them both to the email provided when ordering.
- Are there any additional payments?
It depends on the country of shipping. If you contributed to IndieGoGo, customs duties and taxes aren’t included in perk’s total. When ordering on our website www.evapolar.com, you can check if taxes are included in the invoice or not. If you already paid taxes, there's no need to pay additional ones, however the import duties might still be applied in some countries. If there are no taxes in the invoice or its value equals to $0, you could be charged by customs if applicable.
- Can I choose shipping company?
Unfortunately, you cannot because the choice of the company depends on a lot of factors and we carefully select every company to a particular country in order to provide high-quality service.
